Pharisee’s Party
Today we see Jesus go to a party. But he gets treated better by an unwelcome guest than the person who invited him. Jesus tells us it’s because she’s known his forgiveness and Simon (the party person) think’s he’s too good to need forgiveness.
Just like this woman – Jesus welcomes anyone and everyone with his offer of forgiveness – no matter what we’ve done.
